I do not presume to speak for all Christians, however I wonder why you would question the presence of Christians and not the other large groups present in this forum. It is a public forum open to all.

So many people put questions on here that demand a reasoned intelligent answer, I enjoy the challenge, and I only work an hour a day so I have plenty of spare time to be here.

Judging by some of the responses you have had to this from christians, they really do tend to lose sight of the fact that love is the central tenet to Christianity. Not just being right and being saved. Check out the "oppression will come" "christian"

Well, there are alot of christians;
I for one am one, and whereas Y! answers is not my life, i spend a fair amount of time on here.
Also, many christians like to help people, so here is an ideal place to share and give knowledge.

cos there's a Religion category, this is an English-speaking site, so it stands to reason that most of the religious people would be christians?
Maybe Yahoo Answers Arabic site has a lot of Muslims answering this category??

Why, should we not. As Christians we have as much right to use answers as any other religion. It is interesting and some people ask sensible questions. Its like saying why should rich people (of which I am one) use it.

For the same reason atheists, idiots, agnostics, protagonists, type A's, type B's, type C's, and teenagers do.
Not to mention pet owners, parents, college students, teachers, researchers, pregnant women, boyfriends, girlfriends, gamers, computer geeks, football players, cheerleaders, business owners, sociologists, perverts, pedophiles, ......
