Whoa Dudes, that's an ambitious stunt. Hats off to you guys. I don't know about how well it will do in that car. but the car is a uni-body and they did come out with some muscle with the 4 banger turbo. The thing I would be concerned about is the extra weight of the motor. You may have to beef up the suspension a bit.

I put a 2.4 in mine. Its running but still need to set up new alt and power steering brackets. A 350 in a neon would be amazing. I want a ride.

its uni body, and will buckle it under pressure, and the engine will put pressure on it,i bet that was fun to put in we put a v-6 in one from a dodge Dakota, and that was fun enough, and it fit really tight,i bet you,ll have fun changing the plugs in it,seriously though, you need to use frame links and join the uni frame together,or it will start getting stress cracks in it from the pressure, other than that have fun with it,good luck.

Yeah, lets see some pics and some vids too. I have thought about doing that just for fun to see how it performs. like he said, stiffen the suspension in the front. Great idea, I love that!!!!

If you really did it you might want to add sub frame connectors and beef up the struts.
