No, of course not!! you're failing your wifes trust and if she finds out she can never trust you again and your relationship with here sister when you end it(wich i hope you will) will be really strange and there's no daubt that you wife will feel something. And you never know, maybe her sister is just sleeping with you to get back on your wife and maybe someday she is gonna tell her....

Do you love her, Do you want to keep her, than th choice is yours, if you don't want to hurt her, than don't ever do it again just because you got away with it once doesn't mean you'll get away with it again. If she's your everything then why cheat on her in the first place and her sister should really be ashamed of herself b/c that's blood she hurt. You make the right choice and if you have kids don't continue it anylonger it will hurt them more than your marriage.
