Some of your rules are alittle strict and yes tong underware have a purpose for no panty lines, HOWEVER why in the HELL would an 11 year old have a need to hide panty lines? 11 year olds shouldnt be wearing clothes that tight fitted yes but skin tight NO. At 16 ok understandable but at 11? 2 years ago she was 9 I'm sorry but I agree with the mom not the grandma on this. And yes there should be rules placed on clothing especially these days. Short little skirts and tube tops are what get you into trouble 11 year old should not be dressing provocatively and at that age it should be up to the mother to decide what kind of underware are appropriate. I'm 23 and my mother would have killed my grandma if I came home with thong underware at 11 just saying! ( on a side note though don't make the poor girl wear granny pantys or dress like an Amish woman) thank you....and goodnite! :)
