im 17 i work in the local supermaket at the weekend,last saturday night i was working on one of the aisles alone because it was five minutes to closing time,there was hardly anyone in the shop.anyway i was kneeling down when this polish guy came up behind me and starting rubbing my waist,i was so shocked.i didnt say anything i just looked at him but he started laughing and did it again!except this time near my chest,i got up,told him to leave me alone and ran to my friend in the next aisle.i was too afraid to tell my manager as he too is polish and is always teasing me.i mean constantly slagging me.i dont know what to do as im afraid this man will come in again,i could be on myown or waiting for my mum to collect me.what should i do?
i know this is in the wrong category but there are more people on here.

Next time he does it, Knee him in the nuts, then report him to the police. Make sure you have a witness. Rape is rearing its ugly head here. Be careful.

Report it!!!!The worst that can happen is you losing your job,you can find another. Dont think twice, just report it.
I was molested as a child once and attacked last year. I didnt do anything about it because I was too afraid. Don't make the same mistake.God forbid if something happens it'll be very hard for you to live with yourself.Iv been through it and its the worse thing that can happen to anyone.

go and see a tribuneral solicitor and tell them about the treatment your recieving from your boss...that's after you tell the cops about the other guy, he's touching you, that means he's sexually abusing you...that is totally unacceptable, is the guy an employee or a customer, if he comes back, then call the police and press charges? either way, just try and stay away from him, or get someone to atch what he does so you have a witness, he may be doing this to other girls hun, so do something abou it, tell your parents too...you should have called the cops straight away...try not to be on your own if that's possible...or btter still, have this man charged and try and find another job somewhere else...this seems like a nasty place your working in....and it does not seem all that safe either, you may need to find out if the place you work at has CCTV too...you may need it one day....

Yes Yes Yes Report it to the Manager don't let him put you off.
If he does nothing report it to the police, even if they at first say they can do nothing the report is there, in case this creep does come back.
And tell you Dad or a brother so they can keep an eye on things but don't let this go on.

What a jerk and i was wondering if he worked there to. If he works there and you feel that strongely about what he did. I see you have 2 choices one tell the boss and he most likely will do nothing or QUIT wich i would do as soon as possiable.

If you feel intimidated because the manager is Polish, then go higher, to the area manager............this sort of thing should not be allowed to happen!
But take advice from these answers you are getting, this incident should not be ignored!
