He said he was 38 and he is really 44, I am 23 and I had no problem with the 38, but not sure how I feel about the 44 my mother is the same age and she is dating someone thats my age. I really like him but I wonder what else he has to hide.

Honestly, I think you should give the guy a chance. Although he has lied to you, if you believed he was 38.. well, then he must look it in some ways. At least he had the guts to tell you his real age, which means he is starting to trust you and like you..

Maybe you should sit him down and have a person to person talk. Tell him you still like him and that it doesn't matter... and ask him if he's hiding anything else.. =]

As long as you aren't a minor, it's pretty okay. Most guys that age date girls your age, anyway.

BUT!!
If you feel like he's lying about something else and he doesn't tell you when you ask him, consider finding someone else. Although, if he hasn't lied about anything before.. and you feel like he's not going to, anymore.

Give him a chance.

Oh, and.. all guys that age are horn-y bass-turds like that.

That's hella sketch, the only reason he lied in the first place was to get intimate, and that will be the only reason you guys will be together. Seriously, are you going to get married, have kids, or even get serious with a 44 year old when you're 23. Maybe in twenty years you can empty out his catheter bag.

He is too old to be playing dumb games. There not that much difference when u consider late 30 to 40 years old. That was a stupid move on his part to lie about something like that. If Ur into him explain how important it is for him to be truthful. I don't see this being something big enough to break up over.

You are on the right track when you wonder about what else he may not be telling the truth about. Dump him and don't look back. Although since you already slept with him - which was presumably his goal when he chose to lie about his age - he may dump you first.

Ask him the reason if it sounds logical then don't worry about the age ,a few years of love are sufficient to pass the life

Age is just a number and should not be a factor if you are truly in love with this person. It doesn't seem to bother your mother, so why should it bother you.

He lied to you about something that is important to you. I'd let him go. What else is he lying about? Maybe about how many women he's sleeping with while he's with you?

I don't think I'd spend any more time with a guy who would lie like that. It's up to you.
