I really hope youre not preggo..Goldenseal is not to be taken when preggo, and I dont know about st. john's..You should start feeling some results within a couple of days..It may just lesson the duration and how bad the sickness gets.

i think you are OK taking that stuff together, but if not sure talk to a pharmacists!!!
