I've googled this and I can't find a definitive answer. I'm talking mainly about the mixers in the bottle. Also, does it matter if they are in a plastic bottle or a glass bottle? Does anyone have a good site for the shelf life of stuff? Especially Bar stuff. Christmas is coming and I don't want to make my guests sick.

The bottles don't have expiration dates -- at least none that I can find.

All mixers should have an expiration date on the label somewhere. I would think they should be good for a few months at least from date of purchase. If there is no date, follow the old rule: when in doubt, throw it out. Better to be safe than sorry
