I agree with Tracy (above). You don't need to start any anti-aging regimen at such a young age. I too recommend 35-40 years you should start the anti-aging regimen.
For the young women and men that I work with I give the recommendation that you start a good regimen now. The better you take care of your skin now, the better it will stand up against the aging process. At the very least wash, tone, and moisturize once or twice a day. If you want a more complete routine add a masque or a scrub to that routine once a week (don't scrub and use a masque in the same week).
Don't forget that very important ingredient... water. Keeping yourself hydrated is another key to the beauty of your skin. Top this off with ALWAYS having at least an spf15 on your skin if you are in and out of the sun at all. If you are in the sun for any length of time make it spf30.
The environment is the cause of 80% of the damage to skin...take care of it now. You will thinkful when you are older.

If you're in your twenties, don't waste your money on anti-wrinkle cream quite yet. Besides, you'd have to find a cream that was also non-acnegenic and non-comedogenic, since most women in their twenties have trouble with breakouts...
I'd start using anti-wrinkle cream in your early- to mid-thirties. It's still a head start when you begin around that age.
In the meantime, the best way to prevent wrinkles is to have excellent sun protection. Make moisturizer your best friend. Apply a great SPF moisturizer in the morning under your makeup, and at night before bed. Sharon Stone did this as a teenager and up through her twenties and thirties ... and whether she's had plastic surgery or not, she looks great!

You can start age-prevention at any time, the sooner the better. The best thing you can do is ALWAYS use sunscreen and never tan. Good luck. 2D
