Well, dreams do not predict what is going on in court. But it indicates what you fear of.

snake = fear
sucking your feet, biting your son = taking stuff from you
able to escape = want to stay safe

In your case, you have desire of having safety all the time even when you are confronting the dangerous snake. In this case, the snake could symbolize your problem with your ex-husband. However, escaping from it is what you want, it may not mean the outcome from the court. Of course, I hope it will be the best for you no matter how.

But never use dream as a prediction tool, or you may get disappointed. Dreams are from our subconscious mind, it only reflects how we feel in reality.

Snakes are conniving, ruthless, untrustworthy, and VINDICTIVE. The snake in your dream probably represents the way you feel about your ex-husband. The biting of your feet represents the fear that your kids will be taken away from you. Since you escape from the snake in your dream, you conquer your fears.

Don't worry too much about your dream. You'll prove yourself the better parent in court! Good luck & God Bless.
