Hi i Have got 2 computers in my house A Patriot laptop(crap) and a Dell Inspiron( good) and i want to have wireless internet in my house I have a basic account with Virgin upto 2m. So what do i need ?? Will this work?? http://www.digidave.co.uk/product_info.p...

Yes that will work, although I dont like netgear myself as it has a high fail rate out of the box, but others like them.

Depending on were you have your PC, then yes it can connect to the router.

The reason I suggest having the desktop wireless also is so you can place the router in a central location in the house so you get maximum wireless coverage. If you place it in a bedroom in the back of the house or in a study in the front of the house you might get dead spots were your laptop wont beable to receive a wireless signal.

Yes that will work How ever I never got a Netgear router that was bad right out of the box. Thats all I use for my customers is Netgear I am actully a power shift partner with them and their product is one of the best for home users for my business customers I use Cisco not Linksys but CIsco products but yes that will work fine.
