This are the Processes that my PC is doing:

svchost.exe network service
svchost.exe system

services.exe system
winlogon.exe
csrss.exe
smss.exe
wscntfy.exe me(username) ??
alg.exe local service
system
system idle process
explorer.exe

What processes should I end without bad effects???

I would not stop any of them. Are you having a problem? If not, why are you wanting to stop anything.

If you really want to know, then just do a google search for each process name. There are lots of opinions about being able to turning off processes.

I go by the old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
