After a complete indulgence in fermented hops (beer), I like to drink a Pina Colada with a shot of Baileys.
They make this in the Caribbean - it's called a Purple Parrot down there (Belize).

In the realm of hard liquors? I'll take Gentleman Jack on the rocks...and make it a double, PLEASE!
Fruity drinks? If I've got to go fruity, which is super-rare, I'm getting a good, ol' fashioned Alabama Slammer.
