I have really bad pain in my finer joints especially my right hand? My hands turn really white when they get cold and begin to burn. During the winter my finger joints hurt really bad in the mornings? I am only 19 but I know it could be arthritis but I am not sure so does anyone have any idea what it could be.

you certainly have the symptoms of arthritis. You need to see your medical doctor and have an examination to verify what is wrong with you.

Until you see the doctor you can take Advil liquid capsules , four times daily for the pain. Also soak your hands in hot water with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts for fifteen minutes and afterwards massage an analgesic cream into them.

be sure you drink lots of water every day. This is very important to hydrate your body. Drink beyond your thirst.

quite possibly arthritis... it could also be from repetitive action (typing or writing)... but the association with cold weather indicates arthritis. It actually sounds like rhuematoid arthritis, which starts in one location and may or may not move to other parts.

I have RA in both hands... I do ALOT of typing, so it is aggravated by the typing... and cold rainy weather is murder on my hands. It has stayed localized in my finger joints for the last 5 years.... but I've noticed, with the recent rain we had, my toes are starting to feel pain as well.

Potassium helps.... either bananas (natural) or potassium tablets.... you can also try the glucosamine tablets as well... they help rebuild the cartilege in your finger joints.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to a new flatter stomach.

Think about what you can include to your diet, not what we must take away. Integrate tasty veggies into your meal, rather than serving them privately. Not only will they offset the fat within your chicken or meat, but the phytochemicals in fresh produce are proven to prevent diseases.
