I've heard that grapefruit effects estrogen. But all of the information I've found is conflicting.
I've read somewhere that it increases it and I read somewhere else that it keeps you from metabolizing it. So my question is, if it increases it and keeps you from metabolizing it then where does it go? lol.. How does it effect your reproductive organs and such. Does it overdose then or underdose them?

There is an ingredient in grapefruit that acts like a molecular activator for drug compounds. It can produce an effect like free-basing, and that can make the compound show higher concentration than is recommended, essentially an overdose. That is why they recommend not taking drugs with grapefruit.

No, in fact I eat grapefruit all of the time especially to rehydrate before a workout because it contains approximately 92% water.
