I heard that eggs were such a perfect food that you could.

If you eat nothing but eggs then you are aiming for high cholesterol, vitamin deficiency, mineral deficiency, etc, etc.

The American Heart Association recommends an egg a day. Dr Sears (the creator of the Zone Diet) thinks that you can eat up to twice that safely.

It really wouldn't be advisable to try to live off of any single food source - our bodies just aren't designed to do that.

If you have to, you can last a long time on them alone.

they don't proviede all the nutrients and vitamines u need. and they have a lot of cholestorol.

well, probably, yes. i'd definitely eat other things along with them, like rice, veggies, etc.

they are good.

but if you eat too much you get constipated, which isnt great =/
