i want to add an email account to my outlook exprees but i dont know the outgoing and incoming mail sever. i need the both for yahoo and gmail.com.plz its urgent help

I don't know if yahoo and gmail provide pop access for outlook clients, the joy of yahoo and gmail is primarily the web interface so you don't have to use Outlook's crappy self with them. Check their site help, and FAQs, failing that, send them an email and ask.

Yahoo's Pop and SMTP is not free you have to pay 19 $ per year to get it how ever here are the details for Gmail pop3 and smtp details

Or log into your Gmail account click on settings and click on Forwarding and po and in that click on Configuration instructions.
