Losing weight is dependent on burning more calories than you consume. If you're burning more calories than you're eating, you should lose weight. Otherwise, no matter how bland your diet, you won't lose weight.

With this kind of diet you're going to lose more muscle than anything. Plus, anything extra you eat will make you gain even more weight than before. You need to eat more if you want to lose fat and build muscle. Try this:
Breakfast - oatmeal and fruit (any kind of oatmeal)
Snack - Protein shake and banana (put skim milk in the shake)
Lunch - Salad with chicken or veggies and chicken or fish
(make sure the salad is made with dark lettuce. Regular lettuce has no nutritional value what-so-ever.)
Snack - Handful of almonds or walnuts and a piece of fruit or yogurt
Dinner - Lean red meat, chicken or fish with veggies (broccoli and spinach are the best veggies)
Also, you will not get the results you want unless you have a rest day in between workouts. DO NOT workout the same muscle group two days in a row. You'll break down muscle, which burns fat. Well, you won't lose any weight if you aren't eating 1100-1200 calories a day.
Your body will go into starvation mode.
A better diet would be:
Breakfast - Special K + Protein Cereal w/ FF Milk
Snack - Light String Cheese (60 calories) + Fruit Serving
Lunch - Salad w/ FF Dressing - Protein Bar that is about 170 calories. Or soup.
Snack - 1/4 c. Tuna and Fruit Serving
Dinner - Soup or something that is around 200 calories. Veges + Salad w/ FF Dressing.
Dessert - Something around 140 calories.
Drink PLENTY of water.

I've put together a great spreadsheet where you enter weight, calorie consumption, etc and you get a graph of weight against time. Don't know if you're male or female from the name.
Anyway, you must be from the USA because to give weight in pounds. With an existing BMI of 22.7, weight loss is not something you should be going for. Anything less than about 125 lbs and you'd be pretty skinny!
Assuming your calorie-controlled diet is ca. 1500 per day, then 20 weeks would see you down at 57kg = 125 lbs.

If you a girl and you want to lose 25 lbs off of a 5'7" frame thats currently at 145 you'll look hot! and it will take about a month at the rate your going maybe 6 weeks.
If your a guy and your 5'7" and want to lose 25 lbs I'd say what the heck are you doing that for?

If you stick to this diet and don't cheat and you also drink lot's of mineral water you should be able to lose 25 pounds in about 8 weeks. I should know as i did a similar diet and lost 28 pounds in 10 weeks.
