no, you're definatly not fat. you could loose a few pounds and still be healthy, but youre really fine as you are. wear a waist belt to define your waist, it will give you more of an hourglass shape.
what that girl la428282 said is complete bullsh!t. you have a bmi of 24.1, and anything between 18.5 and 24.9 is healthy. there is no reason for you to try and loose weight for your health, but if you want to do it for cosmetic reasons, then just try and cut out one or 2 unhealthy snacks a day and replace them with fruit. but you look absolutely fine as you are. i promice! my bmi is 18.2 and i think i look way too skinny. i really think you look in perfect proportion, and people who said u look 'chunky, thick, or wide' are being ridiculous. your bmi is healthy and lower than average! you have a well proportioned figure, and dont let ppl tell u ne different.

Frankly you look great and very cute.
Try not to wear those tight tops and leggings. The more conservatively you dress the better you will look. When you kick into high gear at 17 or 18 you will be a knockout.
Get plenty of exercise, walking, jogging, swimming. As you get the shape etc don't flaunt it, leave a lot for the imagination that will attract the right type of attention!
Its better to be viewed as sheik and elegant rather than a piece of meat. So have faith, let yourself mature and grow, learn and study to get a solid education and you will be looking great and attracting the right type of guys and attention.
No you are not overweight, just going through a growth phase, you will get taller and the shape will follow. Dint have to dress in a gunny sack or tiny patches. Get some nice middle of the road to conservative clothes and you will look great.

You're not fat. Eat right and exercise to make sure you feel your best. But you must have a great deal of self confidence to "hang it out there" and open yourself up to criticism. Congradulations.

Yes, definitely get a new outfit!! One thing I noticed about you though is your chin. It isn't one bit fat. Usually that's a sign of a fat person...but your chin is more outlined than mine, and I'm skinnier than you. (I'm 16 and I'm 5'10"!)
Get a new outfit and wear pretty, looser clothes. I don't think you're fat at all. Just a little rounded, which is good!

Lose the patterned leggings with short skirt. Straight leg pants look best for your body type. And if you're so worried-eat better and get exercise.

I don't think you're fat, I would call you "thick and curvy."
If you want to look thinner, try wearing a loose or fitted top, dark bootcut jeans, and high heels to give you a more lengthened look----the tights and mini are making you look bigger.

Looks.. its hard to hear the truth. But... you are overweight. Medically speaking... you definately arent healthy.
and yes, if i saw you walking down the street.. id think you were kinda chunky. Your still pretty and everything.. but you definately need to lose a little.
Look up "BMI calculator" and it will show you the most someone your height should weigh.
