I've had it in BOTH shoulders. That is probably the worst pain I have ever experienced. The only way is to physically tear the muscles/tendons that are fused together. You MUST move your arm to the absolute extreme range of motion that you can. The idea is to break apart the "frozen" parts a little at a time. This will hurt more than you can imagine. Hopefully each time you will be able to move it a tiny bit further. My physical therapist told me this was the true meaning to the phrase "no pain, no gain". Good luck.

Hi there ,i am recovering from my second frozen shoulder and i have found acupucture to be about the best .With my left shoulder my doc gave me steroid injections but they didn't work and im still recovering 2 years 9 moths later .My right shoulder is 2 years now and im just starting acupucture and it seems better .There are three stages to it and i am hopefully in last stage now .As far as i can tell it takes about 3 years .((hugs)).

See Chiropractor. Avoid surgery. YOu will have to do alot of exercises whether you have surgery or not. You need good diagnostic work up to determine why it froze up and to what degree improvemnt is likely.

Ok I'm not sure I konw what you mean, but if its a joint problem try sleepin with you arm above your head, not sure why this works, but it has helped me.
