Be beautiful in Spanish is "Sea hermosa" (formal) and "Sé hermosa" (informal.)
In French, in the same order: Soyez belle; Sois belle.

They only translated BEAUTIFUL. In Italian is:
Sii bello (if you're a man) / Sii bella (if you're a woman).
Unfortunately, I don't know it in French!
