Ive posted several q's about religion & on most occassions someone pops up all houty and thinks im having a pop at them......
I am a christian I believe in jesus, a great prophet, I dont believe in a man made book.
eg My question should under 12s be taught religion?

atheism
evolution
safe sex
anti-christian hate
100% PC tolerance,multi-cultural (any religion is OK but christianity)
euthanasia is good
abortion is good
only the government and liberal leftist can decide what morals are.
capitalism bad
consitution a "living document" and needs changing (abolished).
etc.
No I believe children should be spared from the whole bloody lot until their old enough to form their own opinion and the question was aimed at all religion, not just the egotistical ones

as a cristian i do not take every question as a hi on my religon belives because you can never chahge that in me it a truth that most will never reolize in this world. I agree with you that you should not belive a man made book but you should pray and seek a true one one one relationship with god and have him tell you what the truth really is such a relationship is possible and dont let anyone tell you otherwise

The reason this is the case is because many Christians are "thin skinned" or they are ignorant about a certain subject and do not know how to respond and therefore think of it as an attack.
Or perhaps the question made a person doubt their beliefs and therefore they perceived it as attack.
But I am a Christian and I do not think that every question is an attack or dissing me.

You certainly don't sound like a believer to me according to Scripture.
Christ wasn't just some "great prophet"
He was God come in the flesh for the remission of sin.
And the bible is not a man-made book.......it was written as men were moved by the Holy Spirit of God.
