How long to you think they will take to cook? They are beef.

the best thing to do would be to take them out of the freezer in the morning and put them in the fridge then, by dinner time you can just cook them regularly. If they still seem a little frozen run them (while still wrapped up) under some water before you cook them.

If you are going to through them right into the oven, plan on at least 1 1/2 hours at about 375*. Make sure to keep at least teh edges covered so they don't burn. Spary foil with Pam so it doesn't stick to the cheese. Enjoy, enchiladas are my fav dinner, yum.

You meat should already be cooked before you made them so the issue isn't so much how long they need to cook, it's how long they need to be heated through and the cheese melted...

From frozen i would say about 20 -25 minutes. if they are defrosted i would say about 15 - 20mins
