You don't need my advice, for the Dao is within you and all around you.
You are a teenager but already have a dot of adulthood in you like a Ying/Yang figure has dots in each side.
Accept happiness and accept sorrow, for all is One.
(If you are a philosphical Daoist, read the Dao De Jing some more, but if you are a practicing, Chinese religious Daoist, then go to the temple and burn incense, watch your diet and do Qi Gong)
