She also said that the mother has it too. I have saw both parents and the puppies and they look perfectly fine. They all look like normal Chihuahua's. Does anybody know what this means?

I haven't ever heard this term. Ask the breeder.

Well I use to breed Chi and I have never heard that term... You should have asked the breeder what she meant!

As far as faults for Chi's on their jaws is only an over bite. They can have an even bite or a scissor bite (front upper teeth over the lower front teeth)

So call up the woman and ask her what the heck she meant!

it probably means its jaws r going 2 chatter like when a person gets cold.... thats just my thought on it
