Urinary calculi are solid particles in the urinary system. They may cause pain, nausea, vomiting, hematuria, and, possibly, chills and fever from secondary infection. Diagnosis is based on urinalysis and noncontrast spiral CT. Treatment is with analgesics, antibiotics for infection, and, sometimes, instrumentation, shock wave lithotripsy, or endoscopic surgery.
Please conduct urinalysis for microscopic crystals and presence of red blood cells in the urine. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen will also reveal the presence of kidney stones.

You appeared definate that you dont have an STD but can you be positive? After ruling that one out, kidney stones are probrably doubtful, it could be something a little simpler. Have you ever considered cystitis? Cystitis can cause very painful experiences whilst passing urine and can create a burning sensation. Go along to your pharmasist (or doctors if you think it is serious), they may be able to discuss things with you and maybe rule out your fears. Have you thought about trying google health or similar sites? These can be very useful. Goodluck!! x x x

Not necessarily but possible. It is also a sign of cystitis - which could be described as like peeing glass. Go and see your doctor as any infection can track up to your kidneys and cause serious problems.

Or an infection, kidney or bladder or a number of things. Just go to your urologist and let him diagnose. If it is that uncomfortable, what are you waiting for? No virtual treatment is going to help, has to be done in "real time" by a hands on doctor. Go now and quit suffering.

in a woman this is a sign of an infection so even tho you're a guy i would get yourself seen to by a doctor straight away. if its a kidney infection or something it could cause kidney damage if left untreated.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.
