It's incredible. To ask God for help, or open your heart to God, requires a belief that God exists. So it's basically saying, "I know how you can believe in God, by believing in God."

it is no different :).... .. beliefs are based in ignorance ..... knowledge destroys ignorance ..... . the problem with us is..... after the age of about 16 .... we stop learning new things..... we keep arguing between religion and atheism..... have you ever wondered ... there could be a third way of looking at things ?:) you have to go beyond the concepts introduced to your mind by the outside world...... you are using them as crutches to understand a higher reality.... which is impossible.... because through a flawed concept ... you cannot see a higher truth..... one has to get rid of the junk in the mind.......

I wish more Christians would understand how hurtful that is, how it only compounds pain, and how they are only making themselves look worse. I wish the Christians who do understand would stop.
