I made a pot of jambalaya, without shrimp, for lunch for the week... I think I'll have a little for dinner tonight.

A whole beef tenderloin which has been marinating for 2 days, to be cooked on the grill rotissere, mashed potatoes and gravy, tomato, cucumber and onion salad straight from the garden and corn. I can't wait!!!

Probably something easy, like a box mix of something. Like Hamburger Helper. My hubby's sick today so I'm thinking something quick and easy and comfort food. I got him chicken soups too. And most likely he won't even be that hungry.

chicken piccata! It's a dish made of chicken breast scaloppine (cutlets), capers, lemon, and white wine. It is usually served with polenta, but i like it with white rice :)
