Dramomine (I think the spelling's close) helps with motion sickness due to flying. It also has a chemical in it that helps you sleep.
If you cannot find that, Tylenol PM works wonders to help folks sleep.
I hate flying and personally, I take two screwdrivers and call it a day. :-)

You can try two tylonol Pms Which have proven to me that they are very efficient. Take Two of them and in about 45 minutes you will start to get dizzy and all of a sudden fall asleep. But when You wake, you may feel a little tired forvthe rest of the day.

Dramamine works for people who suffer from motion sickness. You can take it prior to flying, or going on a cruise. Works quite well, too!

I think what you are thinking of is "Dramamine." It helps people who get motion-sickness and will knock you right out. I love it because it doesn't leave you woozy and sleepy after you wake up. You can get it at any pharmacy or drug store...I think even most grocery stores carry it as well.
