When people insult Christians and our God. (Sure, there are some who claim to be Christian yet live a contradictory lifestyle, but they're not all like that. It's very annoying when non-Christians lump all of us who are Christians and those who simply claim to be one in the same "bad people" category without doing their research first.) I positively dislike very much when people insult/discredit God. It breaks my heart to see so many people lost in this world. They refuse to listen (which is another thing that REALLY bugs me - when people don't listen to anything you say about God based on their assumption that all Christians are evil). They may insult us and say "whatever", but they say that 'cause they don't know what they're talking about. They wouldn't say it if they REALLY knew what goes on in the mind of a true Christian. It's sad to see them this way and to not be able to do anything abut it. (Yeah, we can pray and continue talking to them anyway, but they're the ones who make the choice whether or not to listen. We can't make them listen. God did give us free will.) Will you join me in praying for these lost sheep every night?

What an interesting question... Personally, I suppose I find it most offensive when one person claims to be a "person of God", but then attacks another "person of God."
An easy example (you'll find examples of it all over these posts) are when one Christian attacks another. For example, when a Protestant attacks a Catholic. "Catholics aren't saved Christians... Catholics are Pagans... Catholics are going to be condemned to hell" -- Of course, similar attacks are launched between people of varied faiths all the time...
I suppose I find religious attacks to be most offensive because they are leveled in the name of God. The three main monotheistic religions all say, "God is all loving" and "God is in everything" -- concepts I ascribe to.
If we can't come together under the auspices of an All Loving, All Inclusive & Ever Present 'God'... how will we come together? -- So, religious attacks are very disheartening to me. We're divisive with our religions... so, we can predict, we'll continue to be divisive with respect to the other type of offenses you've listed. -- And divisivness leads to conflict. Always.
Plus, we tend to accept the blame/credit for more worldly insults. But, when it comes to spiritual pursuit (religion), we lay the blame on God (by whatever name). "God hates (whoever), which I why I hate (whoever)." -- God doesn't deserve to take the blame for our fear & ignorance.

Comments about #2 race and #6 appearance are totally uncalled for. These are things that people have no control over and in no way defines what kind of person they are. Next would be #4. Really, who cares what someone does in bed as long as it's legal. God can take care of Himself and so can I.

it definitely makes my hair stand on end when someone insults another person's sexual preferences... but all the others are equally annoying, except for when people insult me--it's bothersome, but only to a certain degree. personally i really hate to hear derogatory generalizations of any kind.

what personally offends me the most is intollerance in any form, be it related to race, religion, sexuality or whatever. We should all respect everyones right to walk their own path as long as it does not harm others.

1-7 offend me, but It is everyone's right to say what they want. Thats the beauty of living in the U.S.A.
I also believe that if their hearts were true and in the right place these issues wouldn't be a problem.

Grace us ppl never get off ended, always focus on the end.
Law Law ppl often get off ended, focus on Loser vs Loser.
Grace: I will never leave you nor forsake you: Hebrews 13:5
Law: I will forget you and I will forsake you: Jeremiah 23:39
David and Jesus: speak words of Loser and Loser:
"My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me"?
If Grace "is", and Law "added", only way they mix is:
Grace (Life) + Law (Death) = Dead End (Forsaken).
POINT: His Grace cannot lie(law) nor die(law).
A Law Law God seems to do both: lie and die.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

That's not true. Christians attack people because of their culture, religion, and sexual preference all the time.
I get offended by ad hominem attacks in general, whether they are directed at me or someone else.

I'm not so sure I believe in 7.
Obviously if they insult me they're asking for a fight. And then they better run, because I don't step back.
