god gave his begotten son for to save us, and in doing so his son opened the doors wide for us to work with god, god love you werever you are and will no matter how bad you have been, all you have to do is ask him.

it means he loves EVERYBODY b/c He created all.
He loves you whether or not you believe in Him, are saved, or not.
it means God put on flesh to fulfill the Plan of Redemption for us so that if we CHOOSE to, we might have eternal life w/ Him.
