To all people who believe in an afterlife (christains.. etc.), what happens to an agnostic or atheist when they die, if they haven't commited any sin and have led a good life? Is the absence of religion really a decisive factor in going to "hell?" Please don't give me any answers saying how bad it is to be an atheist or agnostic, I heard enough of that already. I'm just looking for some validation.

Can someone just answer? I'm looking for opinions...I never said i was more intellectual than anybody where did you get that from? I'm not attacking anyone its a simple question. If you can't answer it then why do you believe it?

If there is something called as an afterlife, Atheists & Agnostics would be the happiest. We would enter that without any expectations, goals or objectives. Due to the strength that we have gained during our living life (instead of depending on others) we will brave through it.

You ask a question and then pick and choose the answers you want to hear?
It's not bad to be athiest or agnostic. It is bad, however, to consider yourself "smarter and more intellectual" than a certain group of people.
It is not up to me to decide where they will go, only God can decide that. It is clear in the Bible, why do you seek validation from me?
Edit: I never said you did, it is seen among many athiests and agnostics here. I did answer your question, or can you not read?

It is not the "absence of religion" that damns someone, it is there rejection of God.
An "atheist" isn't a bad person (necessarily) but it doesn't take "good" people to get into heaven. One must be baptized in the Catholic Church to be saved from original sin, then submit to God.
Doing enough good works might mitigate ones eternity in Hell, but it won't get you into Heaven.

In who's eyes are we speaking,,mens eyes...or Gods eyes...Men will say, well if you are this nice, but God has a different prospective on it...
Even Jesus said He is not good,,Only God our Father...
I tell you from what the bible says...
Jesus is the life, way and the truth..There are many doors but the only way into heaven is through Jesus Christ, that goes for anyone...At judgement time noone will have a picked name you are either heaven or hell bound...
If you don't like the answer I don't know what to tell you but that is what the bible says and I stand on it...
It is funny you say can someone just answer but there are many answers in your face, what are you waiting for the answer to fit your needs...lol...you are funny..

Commiting sins does not bar you from the kingdom of heaven. As everybody sins from time to time, everybody is a sinner regardless of belief system.
In order to reach salvation and enter the Kingdom of God, one has to reach a spiritual maturity and recognise God inside of yourself. Those that fail to find liberation from that which is ungodly inside of themselves will have to be reborn into the material world once again where they can explore the material world until one day when they might find liberation. Leading a good life is not enough to enter the kingdom of God. You have to understand God and understand yourself. In short one needs to develope a relationship between your self and God, whilst distancing yourself from material wants. Once you have reached spiritual maturity, God can reside within you as the Holy Spirit. Only then will your soul become liberated from the material world and fixed within Gods family.

Ofcourse you need validation. You aren't interested in the truth, you simply want someone to tell you everything is fine so you can keep your head buried in the sand without any guilt.

Let's pretend there is a giant orphanage and you are going to adopt one child. You can see into their hearts. One is being really "good" on the outside but on the inside, hates your guts, doesn't respect you and has plans of taking over your job as parent as soon as possible. The other is acting bad but inside his heart loves and respects you and wants to learn from you and do it your way. which would you choose to adopt?

people are insane. and i love how they are quoting things you have not said. and no one knows the answer to this (at least not really, they may tell themselves they do but no one could ever know for sure) and that's why they can only criticize you.

(Openbaring 20:12, 15)
