I didn't see the movie, but a 4 barrelled .357 magnum was made by COP, which stood for cop on patrol. it was intended for an off duty gun for cops because it was small, but powerful with the 4 rounds of .357 magnum in it. I'm just guessing cuz like I said, I didn't see the movie, but I can't think of any other 4 bbl that has been made in modern times. Lot's of older pistols and derringers were made with multiople barrels from 2 to 6-8 in a pepperbox.

I haven't seen the movie either, but Randy is right about the C.O.P. pistol. It was big, clumsy, and heavy for its intended purpose ( as a back-up gun for cops), and it had godawful recoil.

I've never known anyone who bought one to keep it any length of time. They all swapped them for five-shot snubbies that were lighter, easier to carry, held more ammo, were the same size or smaller, and were easier to reload.
