The bible says that humans are made in god's image, but god wasnt born
so does if have one? is it an innie or outie?

Of course He has one. It's an innie. Think about it, would God have an outie?

We are made in gods image. But we all don't look alike? What is means is that God is a triune being and we are too. We are body, soul and spirit. Men always look at the physical, God looks at the spiritual

When the Bible says that humans are made in God's image, they it doesn't mean physically. God is a spirit. All Spirit in fact...... We are created in His image in that we also have a spirit component, unlike animals, or inanimate objects. We have a spirit (not to be confused with a soul, which is the seat of our intellect and emotions) and that spirit is immortal, just like God.
Another way we are like Him is that we have a Triune Nature. What that means is that we as humans are composed of three main entities - a body, a soul (as I explained above), and a spirit. Just as the Triune God who is One is composed of three parts - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Common sense would tell you right away that a belly button comes from being in a mother's womb! God wasn't born, and wasn't given birth by a female, and had no cord! So simply the answer is no!

Maybe God was created in the image of another higher God.... and that God had another higher God, etc.... and they ALL had belly buttons!

we are born in the likeness of the man Christ Jesus.
Jesus is God wrapped in flesh ... yes He was born ... He took on this body to more accurately interact w/ us, & to become our intercessor & to put into action the Plan of Redemption.
Jesus has a belly button ... so do we.

I think that God just has a giant umbilical cord dangling off his stomach... but no belly button.
