My asylum was denied at the appeal level,but i have appealed to the higher courts of appeal.Its usually a very long time to wait for a decision,could be a year and more.Ive got an english boyfriend who is willing to get on an invitation if i returned voluntarily.He satands as my sponsor and a company is offering me a job but i need to go to africa and get a visa.My boyfriend is willing to put in writing that he will take care of me,shelter and everything,and to support myself,i have had a job offer with a sales company.Unfortunately my boyfriend cant sign a marriage contract with me.I will have to let my country embassy no dat i sort asylum and want to go back to uk on de above grounds.any chances of getting a visa?banck statement given by my boyfriend.

Since you are currently here legally, and trying to remain, have a sponsor, and are going the legal route that way, I think you would get the visa. I do not know how long it would take. A lot of variables there.

Their is little chance of you ever getting a Visa for the UK.Should your boy friend really love you then settle in Africa.You should get real on the problem your Asylum as been denied at appeal court level meaning that you originally entered the Uk illegally.Maybe words you dont want to hear but true.

i woudnt advice you to get outside the country at this point, you are waiting to hear from them and thats all that you can do,

yes you can go if you want but what makes you think that they will let you back in after refusing you your asylum? they can say you wait for the respons while outside and that will bring yet another long war with them.

just wait in there and see what they say at the end of the day. as having been offured a job it is not a guarantee that they will give you a work permit once you are outside,
