I'd pick Ramjet.
Although I do like the idea of a panel. For example, I think Father K. is very intelligent and respectful, but his doctrinal beliefs are quite different than mine. It would be nice to get a variety of Christian representatives, even from the fundamentalist camp. (I'd pick Dr. G to represent the fundamentalists.)

I'd love debating alongside Father K... as long as Kip and JIMBO aren't on the panel, I think we'll do just fine.

I'd choose Father K. I'm not a Christian, but I've always found him to be respectful and knowledgeable.
