I work part time in the afternoon, when i wake up, I'm usually not hungry and go to work without eating. When i get home at 4 i am straving a gorge myself.

I want to lose weight, would eating breakfast help me? I'm just really not hungry though.

Although breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I can't eat too early either so I carry a snack of a banana or some nuts, sometimes yoghurt if there's somewhere to keep it cold etc. Other times I make a healthy thickshake and drink that in the morning. You won't lose weight if you are gorging yourself in the afternoon and your concentration will be affected during the day if you are hungry. Do your yourself a flavour and try to eat something even if you spread it out.

If you're not hungry in the morning, then don't eat.

Sure breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, but if you truly feel like you can't eat in the morning, then don't.

I don't think you should be going that long without food, though. Why don't you eat brunch at work? You could take a granola bar, cheese sticks, 100-calorie packs, etc.. If you continue to go on like this, you probably won't lose any weight because the gorging that you do is going to keep you from losing any weight.

Yes, a light breakfast would DEFINITELY help to lose weight!

Even if it's a cup of yogurt, some fruit, or a breakfast bar... even a pop-tart. It doesn't have to be anything proper or fancy, just something to get your stomach going.

If eating a little something that early upsets your stomach, then bring a little something to work and eat it when you get there (like by the time you get out of your car, for example).
Since you work part time, then you could bring a small snack to eat on your break, too.

If u wanna lose weight, it's advisible to drink some fresh vegetable and fruit juice...You wont be feeling too full and at d same time, it helps d detoxification in ur body...But remember, discard any food made from flour as u'r doing a part time job in d afternoon, i bet u don hav to use up so much energy...d abundant carbohydrates are useless and will turn u fat...Good luck!

eating alot in one sitting is not a good way to loose fat, 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours is the way to do it. breakfast does its very name, it breaks the fast that your body has had over the past 8 odd hours while sleeping, heard the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it certainly is, in preperation for the day your body needs energy, eating your breakfast also revs up your metabolism a key ingredient into loosing that unwanted fat. a good balance of proteins, and carbs with small amounts of fats is what you need/

Yes, eat breakfast, just eat a smaller portion if you feel as if you can't eat or drink juice! Also some people might like to wait a few hours after waking up before eating BF (I knew a guy who physically couldn't eat untill nine o'clock because his stomach just couldn't eat any sooner with out feeling sick!)
