that list of foods is not very healthy. in order for a food item to be "truly" healthy it has to be all natural and not man-made. you should be aiming for foods that contain 5 or less ingredients. the healthy foods in that list are:

Blue Diamond Plain Almond
Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds
Dakota Gourmet Honey Roasted Sunflower Kernal
Dakota Gourmet Lightly Salted Sunflower Kernal
David Pumpkin Seeds
David Sunflower Seeds
Fig Newmans
Fresh Fruit
Fresh Veggies
Planter's "Heat" Hot Spicy Peanuts
Planter's Peanuts

That depends completely on your personal definitions of healthy. Are you looking for: low-fat, low-calorie, low-carb, high fiber, organic, offering certain nutrients?

A lot of people find foods that they define as healthy and then gorge on them... eating a large volume of anything is unhealthy particularly processed foods.. another mistake made by a lot of people is to eliminate the good carbs or good fats from their diets..
