It varies.
When I was writing to my best friend in Iraq, it usually took ten days for my letter to get to him and nine days for his to get back to me.

As a fellow veteran, I tip my hat to your loved one. My prayers go out to him to keep him safe. I work for the United States Postal Service and that letter has to go through a lot of hands. I would give it a couple of more days. The mail system has greatly improved with alot of automation coming in. Things in other countries slow the process down. Anyhow, I would give a guess of about 10 days. Good Luck and tell your loved one that we support him and that they are all heros in my book!

Depending where they are. Mail may not go out daily. I know when our son was out on missions, it would take a bit longer to get his mail. 7 to 10 days is normal, but can be up to 2 weeks.

I always got my letters 7-10 days after my husband mailed them. It kind of varies a little bit. You should be getting it any day now!
