Yes, it is possible, and the bull mastif should be the mother, so the the shih-tsu doesn't rip in half at birth.

Perhaps thru Artificial Insemination and it would have to be the bull mastif as the mother...
But WHY? Why consider putting the aggressiveness of a small breed who think they are bigger than everything alive (called courage-heehee)... and place that attitude into a bull mastif - ??? WHY???

It is possible although I don't know why anyone would want to. The largest dog should be the mother as a small dog could experience great difficulties during pregnancy and birth if the puppies are large. A C-section would probabley be required. Although the shitzu would need a step ladder in the first place ot the mastiff would need to be artificially inseminated.

the bull mastif would need to be the female as the shih tsu would have trouble giving birth to larger pups if it was the other way around.

Of course it is POSSIBLE. Which should be the mother? NEITHER. Also, unless you can SPELL the breeds of dogs you are hoping to breed, I really don't think you should even OWN either of them.
Their offspring would resemble what you talk....

Yes it is, and either one. The small dog will only have small puppies. That is how it works. They may grow large once born, but nature has made it so the pups are the right size at birth.

If the smaller dog was thwe mother is would probably die giving birth.

The bullmastiff, DUH! The shih tzu is way to small to whelp pups sired by a bullmastiff!
Actually, no, neither should be the mom, they should both be sterilized to prevent overpopulation.
