It's not likely. There is no national lottery, although there used to be one for conscription. That one wouldn't win you money, but it would win you time to serve in the military.

These men will probably tell you that they will put the money in your bank account if you tell them your account number and password.
But don't do it!
It is a trick so that they can take your money out of your account.
Ignore them. Do not reply at all.
