I do like the term "atheophobia" -- it's perfectly descriptive of the problem.

"How are you happier for being Atheist[?]" i does not be, known, yet i've got in no way seen that as an inalienable suited or perhaps unavoidably a concern. "...certainty is extra effective than plenty income. I quite have searched over the grounds of my theory, and if spouse and toddler and get in touch with and repute have been all to be lost to me one after the different because of the fact the penalty, nonetheless i won't lie." T H Huxley. i'm going to stay with that: a bias to certainty as a solid factor, comfortable or not. perhaps that makes me (as quickly as extra) area of a minority, as Douglas Adams pronounced: "The Universe, as has been talked approximately earlier, is an unsettlingly great place. the reality which, for the sake of a quiet existence, maximum persons tend to miss approximately. Many might thankfully pass to someplace somewhat smaller of their own devising, and that's what maximum beings, in certainty, do."

For one thing, Allah has ordered all of us believers to fear him Alone And to know that Allah is able to make the plans of an Atheiest to be as flimzy as the house of a spider.
Why should I fear you when you will eventually die and become dust? You are Just a fragment of Allah's imagination. He spoke you into existance and he can speak you out of existance.

Im sure you have heard or read that a guy who parades as a straight man but is fixated on gays and can't stop bashing them, is probably torn apart inside by a fear that he has gay feelings. Same goes for Christians, or people who call themselves Christian, the Fundies, who cannot stop bashing atheists.

if alien ever came , and both explain their point of view , do you think this alien believe atheist or that christian ?
that aside . if someone believe christian just because he want to escape hell and he pretty much know that it's fake but he jus say he believe 'just in case' he would also pretty much go hell since it's fake faith.
usually slander happens because you know that certain party have strong view , and slander is just a low down methods to weaken it.

I'm Christian and I don't slander or fear Atheists. I never tell anyone they will go to hell as that is not for me to decide. I don't speak for God. As a Christian, I also don't find Atheism perverse or vile.
So let's be careful out there people. Your ignorance and prejudices are showing :-)

I don't slander nor do I fear your atheism.
I am concerned for your soul and for your eternity. Life doesn't just end when we die. There is much more to come.

I'd rather just call them mis-informed individuals who, through either a lack of education, social pressure, fear, or a combination there of, can't think of any thing intelligent to say when confronted with the truth.

How about just "stupid" or "tunnel-visioned", but atheophobia works pretty good too.
They don't understand that we don't have the fear that they do. They fear something that we know to be non-existent. We don't fear fiction.

I do not fear atheism. I do not understand how people can not believe in a higher power than themselves, that's all. We just have different opinions.
