It wasn't just the boyfriend who was silly...

All you can do just now is wait until you have your period. If it is late (and this can also be caused by the stress of thinking you're pregnant), go to your doctor and speak to them about it. Thay can advise you on what to do next and whether you want to keep the baby or not.

You were both extremely silly, and to take this so light heartedly I think you'd probably do the same thing over again if you get away with it this time. You know full well that if you didn't take the morning after pill, the only thing you can do is wait and deal with whatever consequences come of it. Just pray your silliness hasn't left you in a big heap of trouble.

First of all, if you are going to have sex YOU should be on birth control. Protect yourself from boyfriends who won't do it for you.

You have the obvious choices :

Keep the baby and try to raise it. Don't expect much help from the BF though. There goes what was left of your youth. While your freinds are dancing you will be changin diapers.

Put it up for adoption. Many childless couples are just waiting for a baby of their own - they are ready to be parents and can afford it.

Abortion. Don't wait too long or it won't be an option. After 3 months many states won't do one.

No one can make this decision but you. No matter what you decide - get on birth control. An IUD is probably the easiest for a teenager.

Don't let silly not wrap his willy again. As a matter of fact you are just 16 you should not be having sex right now anaways. You probably are not pregnant. If he loves you silly or not he will wrap his willy eveytime or you refuse to do it cause you are too young to be raising a baby that he probably will not want to help you raise.

I first want to say you were just as silly for not saying no or making your bf put on a condum. thats on the both of you, not just him.
You have 72 hours to take the morning after pill. But know that it is only 75% affective. So you still have the chance of getting pregnant. You need to go see a gynocologest soon. If you do not want your parents to know, you can go to the planned parenthood clinics. they keep things confidential.

The morning after pill is good for up to 5 days. The percentage of it preventing pregnancy decreases the longer you wait, but it would be worth a try.
How long has it been since the first day of your last period? Ovulation usually occurs anywhere from 10-15 days after your period starts. Sperm can also live in fertile cervical fluid for 5 days prior to ovulation, so even though the egg only lives 12-24 hours...vialble sperm from intercourse up to 5 days earlier could fertilize the egg. Try to do some figuring and see where you are in your cycle.
Good luck!!!!

Oh dear you both made a big mistake here . I made a similar mistake this month too so I know how easily done it is but if yuou can stand waiting you could wait till you are due on your period before you panic that's what I did and i turned out ok thankfully.
Or you could get a pregnancy test, not sure what the earliest is that you can get them though and they are less reliable earlier on.
And next thing to do if all turns out ok... Never make that mistake again! Learn from it. Cause if you get away with it this time next time you may not be so lucky.

You silly, silly girl.
I am amazed that you are taking on such a lighthearted tone about this - this is very serious and you and your boyfriend are both as much to blame as each other. You're just a child yourself and you're clearly not responsible enough to be having sex in the first place.
You need to get yourself to the doctor sharpish and with any sense you will learn from your stupid mistake and be more careful in the future.

if this incident was less than 72 hours ago you still have time to get the morning after pill.
otherwise wait two to three weeks then get a home pregnancy test or visit the dr for one. the sooner you find out, the more options you have and you can receive counseling no matter what decision you make.
you also need to be tested for stds while youre at the dr.
dont be afraid to ask your parents for help or an older person you trust.
good luck

You'd think @ 16 you would know how to be a little bit more responsible than that. It's not just your boyfriends fault, its yours too. You should always make sure that he is protected. for both of your sakes. Wait and see if you miss your period. If you do, take an at home pregnancy test. If it's positive go to the doctor. If it's negative, grow up and be more responsible next time. If you think you're grown enough to have sex, then be grown enough to know to make sure you use protection.

it takes 2, so don't just blame your boyfriend, you should have been responsible as well, go talk to you parents, or an adult you trust, if you are pregnant then you are going to need to make some huge life changing decision's. but if your not pregnant then hopefully this will be a wake up call for you to be a lot more carefull in future as ending up pregnant is not the only thing you have to worry about when having unprotected sex.
