me and this guy had a little thing going this summer. it wasnt anything serious we just went on little dates and stuff. i thought he liked me and i was thinking that maybe it could turn into something more. but then the next time i talked to him he had a girlfriend! we talked for a while and he said that her really likes this girlfriend but that he still thought about me. the problem is i still have feelings for him even though i know he has a girlfriend and is clearly a jerk. i have to see him everyday at school too! how can i stop my feelings for him even though he talks to me all the time and i see him everyday??

i think he's not merely using you. i am sure he likes you too, maybe not a 100% but at least a part of that percentage. i also appreciate his honesty. and you should be grateful for that too. it could definitely be more hurtful if he did not tell you that. i am sure you hate him for loving him so yet you cant afford to get mad at him longer... know what, it is a sign that you really got a feeling for him. im sure you don't wanna lose him and i think he feels the same way too.
you don't have to hurt yourself more by walking away from him. if he is important to you, then stay. maybe this is not yet the right time for the two of you. you guys could be friends first, know each other well... and i promise sooner or later everything will be okay.

Well a jerk will always be a jerk so dont bother once he gets the chance even if he leaves his girlfriend for you i wouldnt recomend that you take his offer because he could the same he could leave you if ever a better person came along.

I don't think he's a jerk....a jerk wouldn't have told you about his gf. He's honest. Friends make better girlfriends....eventually he may see that and come knocking at your door again.
