i stress im not trying to prove or disprove anything im just curious about peoples opinions.

its something about "information" that is puzzling me

i mean if there is an object there is something to question right/wrong?

there is an object it has a set of rules behind it right/wrong?

these rules have an explanation right/wrong?

can an answer exist without someone to answer it?

my method of questioning is slightly annoying right/wrong?

can a question exist without an answer? yes; that is called a mystery (either in the spiritual or the detective sense of the word)

if there is an object there is something to question right/wrong? yes; but one can also question a concept, which lacks the material substance that the term "object" implies.

there is an object it has a set of rules behind it right/wrong? In the sense of rules of physics, definitely: it occupies space, interacts/reacts with light, gravity, matter, etc. Other "rules" may be more subjective: man-made rules, or attributions of non-observable qualities.

these rules have an explanation right/wrong? not necessarily. We can try to come up with explanations, but there is always the possibility that we overlooked an important factor. An educated guess is the best we can do.

can an answer exist without someone to answer it? It depends upon one's perspective. what counts as "someone?" The "answer" to being fed might be so evident that an ant doesn't/can't comprehend it as an answer, but we might consider it an answer. Dinosaur bones were an answer to the question of "what happened 65 million years ago?" before there were humans to formulate the question. And we don't know if there are other beings capable of forming questions the way humans do.

my method of questioning is slightly annoying right/wrong? no, it's interesting.

As to your first question, I can think of at least one - What happens after we die?

Next, questions do not have to be about objects, unless you consider information an object.

If there is no one to answer a question, then there would be no one to ask it in the first place.

Yes, your questioning method is slightly annoying since it's difficult to determine exactly what you want answered.

Yes. There are over a billion questions with no answers and no one to answer them.

The question is can there be an answer without anyone to ask the question?
