How about some more details

I don't know what operating system you are using, Win2000, WinXP, WinVista

That file is not a part of WinXP operating system, so if you have WinXP I would assume that it is a part of a program that you probably recently removed or installed and some of it is remaining in the registry, which brings up this error message.

Did you remove some software recently? If you remember what it was, reinstall it and see if the message goes away, then uninstall it again being more careful of messages that come up this time.

Did you recently install some software and inturrupt the installation at some point before it completed? If so, reinstall it and see if the message goes away, now it is installed correctly

Or as stated above run a antivirus & antispyware program to see if it is an altered file.
