In their world, God created everything. If they have such love for God, they should also contain a love for nature and thus helping in saving and supporting nature. In their world it would be Satan that is destroying nature (Gods creation). Shouldn't Christians be fighting Satan by helping stabilising nature?

And where are you getting your information from,, we live on this Earth too if what you say is true..then we would have already self destructed...some of you people have such a warped idea of people that believe in God...but yet any other religion is just perfectly ok, even being a Satan worshiper gets more credit for worth as human beings...the Devil is really working to blind the unbelievers ...and it says in the Bible ,people would be blinded to the truth in the last days ...and I think it really hours now not days we are living in.....right has become wrong....and wrong right.....good is bad..bad is good....and it's running rampant all over the world and it's time people open their eyes

Many Christians are environmentalists. Your question is too loaded with pre-conceived generalizations that display the fact you have already come to a conclusion. Many Christians, myself included, believe that God gave man dominion over the world, including nature. Therefore, we must be careful stewards of this asset.

It should also be noted that many horrible environmental tragedies occur from other religions and non-religious people. One relatively recent incident was the burning of the Kuwaiti oil fields by Sadam.

I do not think you have any idea what your talking about.
Yes God created the Earth however it is Man that is destroying it.He gave us free will to do what we choose. Did you know that it is in Gods plan that the Earth will only last as long as HE intends? The bible says that. When Jesus returns what need are we going to have of the Earth? Yes we should do everything we can to keep it as nice as possible till Jesus returns!
However it is not just Christians that are destroying the Earth and your not so smart if you think so. ANYONE who drives a car or doesn't recycle, for example, is contributing.

Talk about Stereotyping---wow!!! Where to begin...oh --self-absorbed--Christians I know think of themselves last, so that would be wrong. Nature---saving and supporting--well, my father, as well as my grandfather grew all food naturally (thru nature)--hugh gardens. My father grows fruit--trees and vines--Oh he is a Christian and a MASTER GARDENER!! I am a Christian and belong to a garden club in which we restore and preserve natural environment, clean up debris (probably from non-Christians) and try to get other people to celebrate and enjoy nature. Flower shows, clean up projects, cooking exhibits with home grown food. And all done by Christians. We take land that has become a waste and replenish it and restore it with natures bounty.

Can anyone who is not a Christian ask a question without a backhand slap toward Christians added to it?

Just like every group on earth, Christians can't decide the best method of taking care of nature. Christians don't all believe exactly the same thing about nature.

Most of us actually have a brain and use it. In fact, that's one of the reasons Christians can't come up with a consensus -- just like NON-Christians can't.

I think this question in itself is a joke. In every group there are those who respect what we have and those who don't. But the whole need to ask if we are too self absorbed tells me that this question is simply designed for a dig rather than any form of legitimacy.

The world is fading away, and everything in it. From dust to dust. So, let al gore continue to fly his jet around the world, telling us of global warming. I'm more interested in saving souls than a planet that will be redone.
