Zero women Popes, as a pope cannot be a woman.
As regards Black popes, aside from the joke title attached to the head of the Jesuit order, there have been African Popes in the past. The difficulty rises when you talk about them being black, as the ancient world was less racist than our current time, and the skin color of people was not recorded when the served as pope.
The racial history of the early popes is not recorded..

0% women. The Church does not ordain women because Christ didn't.
Black? Interesting question- probably a few, since the Church originated in the Middle East, and several early Popes were African.
Remember-Jesus Christ was most likely a man of color!

There have not been any african clergymen elevated to the Papacy. Nor will there be a woman elevated to the Papacy on account of the fact women cannot become ordained clergymen.
