For me it was both.....:)
Previously i had no idea how life functions when in the position to choose. Now there is much more understanding so lately i am choosing and life and progress at every second while being aware of what i am doing.

We all choose our life or certain things in life. We choose the parents, for sure. We choose the country and certain events. All the rest happens according to our free will and free choice.

Our thinking manifests in the form of events in life so that way we choose life. But we r part of greater plan of God who sent us to our parents and their thinking also matters in our life so It God who chooses us. We r puppets in the hand of God and it is life which chooses us.

Only great saints choose their life to bring salvation to the fellow beings.The others, nature chooses life. We also can try to choose our next life, if we can die in awareness. Saints die in full awareness.

That is a very good question and has one answer only. The Path was given, with all the maps and there is many that carried that all the way through. And there is some that carry them through for you now, and there is more to carry that until HE decides its time is up.

Only God knows His purpose for me. I live and love everyday for Him. He comforts me when I need comforting, He provides for me when I have none, His Holy Spirit guides me down the right paths. I truly have chosen Him. Life is nothing without Him.
