Documents need to be checked so want to send copies before i send orginals.How do i upload these on my pc.dont really want to have to fax

A scanner had to transfer anything it scans to a PC, only multifunction printer things with scanner already in it offers the 'option' of direct copy; even then those are 'options' you have to switch on so no worry, any scans will upload to a PC first.

Yes, you can use a scanner to scan the document into your computer. You can then do anything you want with it since it's a file on your computer.

I'd do all your proofreading and checking before you scan it.

Unless you have a scanner that will convert to fonts, once it's scanned you can't change anything unless you recreate the whole document.

Yes, you should be able to choose where you want the document to be saved.

And after you scan your document, you can find it under my documents/my scans.
